Afternoon All,
Can someone please confirm if this micro is an Agonopterix yeatiana caught last night in garden.

Re: Micro Confirmation Please
Hi Greg,
Agonopterix yeatiana is paler, buff coloured and appearing cleaner than your specimen. The two black spots are larger and more distinct as is the white spot, which is circled in dark fuscous. This will be either Agonopterix heracliana/ciliella, so check how many lines there are on the hindwing cilia to separate these two. There are no lines on the hindwing cilia of Agonopterix yeatiana, which are plain buff.
Regards,
Steve
