Yet more moths
Sadly, expired on bedroom window ledge - not me, the moth!
Attempted ID - closest I could get was micro - plume moth - Capperia britanniodactyla - /-)
I live in hope

1497 Amblyptilia acanthadactyla
Until about a decade ago this species was more or less restricted in Cheshire to The Wirral/Chester area; since when it quickly spread across the Cheshire Plain and is now frequently found in gardens throughout the county.

Re: Moth ID help!
This larva was brought in by someone who found it in a punnet of imported Spanish raspberries, bought from Waitrose. It appears to feed on the raspberries.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

This has also been sent in by a keen Count Me Inner! We know it's a plume moth, but can anyone help with identifying the species?
Thanks.

Re: Moth ID help!
Another caterpillar for identification. I am sticking my neck out and assuming it's a moth, as it doesn't look like any of the butterflies I know. Any help would be much appreciated.
