Moth Report for 2016 - Photos If You Please:

Hi Folks,

I'm not 100% certain, but think it won't be long now before Steve HH and I start putting our respective pens to paper to produce the report for last year. Amazing that for what was considered to be a poor to very poor to <expletive deleted> poor year, there are still over 60,000 records to wade through.

As you all know, reading plain text for page after page after page gets boring after not too long, so it's a plea for pictures time ! Looking at the macros the species to be included in the report thus far (pending more records being received) looks like this:

So if anyone was fortunate enough to record any of these species in Cheshire last year (2016) and would like to see it imortalised through their photograph being alongside the species' account then please forward to me either here, or to: steve_marion@btinternet.com (note that's an underscore character, not a minus) for possible inclusion - I say possible it may be that someone else has a better photograph than you !

Of course, all photographs will be fully accredited and acknowledged as per usual. Steve HH will be equally keen to have photos of the rarest micros seen last year - I unfortunately don't have a list of those ......

Many thanks in anticipation.

Cheers,
Steve H
