This adventive Boxworm Moth (Cydalima perspectalis), was in the trap at Elworth this morning. I found a photo of it in Chris Manley's British Moths 2nd edition and as it is not on the spreadsheet I'm thinking it is new for Cheshire ?
Could it be so ?

Looks like our Box hedges are going to get hammered in the next few years now that this species is moving in.
