Can Anyone Help Please With ID Of This Pug ?

Found this Pug on window near my trap this morning. At first thought could be a Wormwood Pug but on closer examination and on flight period now really unsure what it might be. Would appreciate thoughts on this please.

Hi Roger,

With chequered veins, large oval discal spot and white thoracic spot this will be Golden-rod Pug Eupithecia virgaureata.

Regards,
Steve

Thank you Steve.

I really am most grateful for your help on this Pug and especially in indicating the identification features that make it a Golden Rod Pug. Its a new life species for me as well as for my garden site.
