Help With A Couple Of Micros Please:

Morning All,

There isn't much happening mothwise at the moment, it's been a slow start this new year with few opportunities for trapping. It will be interesting to see how the moths have faired through this more traditional cold, wet and windy winter compared to the mild winters we've had over the last few years.

In the meantime I'm trying to get ID's for a couple of species of micros from last year, both caught at Sychnant Pass Conwy early July.

Since my post, while looking at Chris Manley's book, the photo of an Udea prunalis seems a much better match for my first moth and the second I'm now sure is an Anania crocealis as I suspected.

Thanks,
Greg
