Shropshire Moths

Had a weeks holiday in Shropshire and took the moth trap . Phenomenal number of moths that kept me busy for over four hours on two of the mornings. Over a thousand moths of over 140 species. Best and new to me were Waved Black and Scorched Carpet which am posting here. Also had a few I haven't been able to yet identify or had questions over and in a later post will post a few of these hoping for you help please.
