This Plume moth taken July 30th 2016 at Burton Mere Wetlands has me stumped.The scale tufts on the tibia lead me to believe that this belongs to the Oidaematophorus genus. I would appreciate an i.d.

Hi All
This Plume moth taken July 30th 2016 at Burton Mere Wetlands has me stumped.The scale tufts on the tibia lead me to believe that this belongs to the Oidaematophorus genus. I would appreciate an i.d.
