Only my second ever in the garden caught this morning. The previous one was in May. Is this particularly early?

Hi Roger,
What a beauty. I've never seen an adult, although I've had the larvae on my Buddleia.
Flight season in the book says April-May, but there seems to be a lot of early emergence this year.
