Morning folks,
it may not be a particularly notable species for most of you but hand catching one and perhaps trapping another Early Thorn last night was a special event for us here in Elton - we very rarely get the first brood here, even less so over the last few years.
Not much else in the trap apart from plenty of water though there was the first Double-striped Pug of the year perched up on the back door.
