Map-winged Swift (Hepialus fusconebulosa)

Map-winged Swift (Hepialus fusconebulosa):

Last night (10th June 2011) I trapped two Map-winged Swifts (Hepialus fusconebulosa), one normal, the other f. gallicus (pics on my website at http://www.davidtomlinsonphotos.co.uk/). I have not trapped these before. Anyone else seeing them? Waring & Townsend lists them as local moorland species. I'm in Disley, backing onto Lyme Park, so I guess it's appropriate. Comments?

Looking through our records the gallicus form has been noted at Chadkirk; Romiley; Higher Poynton and Tegg's Nose Country Park, Macclesfield between 2004-2006, all sites in the Pennine foothills. The only other record is from Delamere in 1952. Is this form just found these days in the east?
