A good night for us last night. Amongst others Large tabby, Anania coronate, Blotched emerald. A couple need ID confirming please. Caloptilia azaleella, Eudonia lacustrata . Advice on how to record 5 others , all look like Acrobasis consociella but a couple are quite worn.
Thanks Bob & Helen

Hi Bob & Helen
Caloptilia azaleella, Eudonia lacustrata are correct. Your Acrobasis consociella will most likely be Ephestia woodiella (previously known as unicolorella), which is another category 4 species.
Record all category 4 species, needing dissection to determine, which don't have their own aggregate, as 'Micro sp.' and in the 'Comments' field add your best guess at the species name.
Regards
Steve
