Striped Wainscot

Post by GrahamJones »

Rescued a wainscot from a wasp when emptying the trap at Parkgate this morning, which turned out to be Striped Wainscot. Although the wasp had killed the moth, luckily, it was still in a very fresh condition. I'll dissect to confirm 100%.

Sycamore was new to the garden in Parkgate this morning too, and Clay Triple-lines was another recent highlight on the 27th June.

Very nice Graham

about the 4th or 5th Sycamore I'm aware of this year, which makes it a good one for the VC.

Cheers,
Steve
