Three Macros NFY

Post by melbellingham »

GMS on Fri 13/03/2020 (min temp. 6 deg. C) produced 10 moths of 8 species.

Early Grey, Early Thorn and Clouded Drab all NFY plus Small Quaker, Twin-spotted Quaker, Common Quaker 3, Hebrew Character and Diurnia fagella.

Last night (14/03/2020 min. temp. 8.2 deg. C) Common Quaker 12, Hebrew Character 2, Twin-spotted Quaker, Chestnut and Diurnia fagella.

Just when numbers have been picking up, we are now expecting cold nights again.

2 March Moth
2 Chestnut
2 Clouded Drab
2 Ypsolopha ustella

1 Oak Nycteoline
1 Early Thorn
1 Diurnea fagella

Cheers
Paul
