Micro for ID please

I had an email yesterday with this photo of a micro-moth, taken near Chester. Initially, I thought it would be easy to identify. It looks like a pyralid, and surely can't be too far removed from the section in the books that cover Acrobasis advenella and similar species.

There then followed 20 minutes of considering and then rejecting many different possibilities. I think I've learnt a lot through doing that, but am still unsure of the ID!

My best guess currently is Ephestia unicolorella...but that would be a brave guess!
