With 57 moths of 28 species it was my best night of the year (so far??).
8 species were NFY including Brown-Silver-line (only my 2nd garden record), Lime-speck Pug (13th garden record), Poplar Hawk-moth, Middle-barred Minor, Clouded Silver, Riband Wave, Marbled Orchard Tortix and Ephestia unicolorella (or whatever it is now called).
Also recorded: Brimstone 5, Heart and Dart 6, Flame Carpet 2, Common Marbled Carpet 4, Peppered Moth, Garden Carpet, Rustic Shoulder-knot, Bright-line Brown-eye, Elephant Hawk-moth, Willow Beauty, Common Pug 2, Scalloped Hazel 2, Marbled Minor agg. 2, Tachystola acroxantha 5, Bee Moth 3, Brown House Moth 2, Light Brown Apple Moth 5, Eudonia mercurella, Caloptilia robustella, Notocelia cynosbatella

You must be pretty happy with that lot Mel!
How different our gardens are across Cheshire. Since 2015 this site has given 436 Brown Silver-lines, but not a single Lime-speck Pug.
