Three more moths for id please?
Struggling to find these. Thought the micro was a Crambus but not sure
Re: Three more moths for id please?
Hi Heather,
From top to bottom:
Crambus lathoniellus - you can just make out the long drawn out "shark's fin" on the flank (or notched longitudinal streak as we should say ).
Grey Pug - greyish, not that striking, some cross lines
Common Pug - ziggy-zaggy cross band off leading edge.
At least, that's how I'd score them.
Cheers, Julian
