Habitats & Hillforts Unidentified Wasp ?:

Whilst we were out on our first Habitats & Hillforts event on Saturday; our RECORD Ramble in Peckforton, we stumbled upon this solitary wasp (well, suspected solitary wasp).

Can anyone help us with an ID ?
