Cheshire Active Naturalists (CAN) Website Launched:

The new 'Cheshire Active Naturalists' website (http://www.cheshireactivenaturalists.org.uk/) is currently under construction but has a facility for you to download or view online the events calendar and membership form. The website will develop over the next few weeks so please revisit.

Cheshire Active Naturalists is a new society to cater for adults who wish to advance their skills in a variety of natural history-related taxon groups. It is run by a group of passionate naturalists who wish to use their skills to benefit other naturalists which in turn benefits wildlife and wildlife recording in the county.

We make no apology for our pride in the CAN events calendar for our first year (2010). It is unquestionably diverse in its content and geography, and the expertise we have attracted to our cause is both humbling and inspiring. All this has come together because of the goodwill, generosity and passion of naturalists within the region - so, if you like what we are doing and want to be a part of it, welcome aboard.

If you have any questions regarding the society please contact:
