Bug ID Query

Bug ID Query:

Anyone ID this bug? Apologies for the photo quality - this tiny bug is a pale colour with lots of tiny dark spots and 3 bumps on rear at back.

It is difficult to say with any accuracy due to the photo quality (sorry) but I would say this was an aphid - can you remember what plant it was on ?? Knowing the identity of its host may help in its identification.

Thank you for suggesting aphid - I have researched aphids on-line and I am pretty sure that it is a Willow Aphid - Tuberolachnus salignus.
