A Brightly Coloured Fly In The Moth Trap:
This was in our moth trap. We were attracted by its bright yellow colouring. Would love to know what it is.

Yes please Bob and Helen. If you could send the records in to rECOrd (eric@rECOrd-LRC.co.uk) or even better, if you could enter them into RODIS (rECOrd Online Data Entry System) - http://www.record-lrc.co.uk/RODISCheshire/RODIS.aspx.
If you have any problems using RODIS then please do give me a shout and I will halp as much as I can.
Philp Brighton and Glen Rostron are currently working on validating all of the Diptera data held at rECOrd and will be producing a report at teh end of teh exercise after which all of the Diptera records can be sent up to the NBN Gateway/Atlas.
Cheers,
Steve
