Hi Whizzkid, you have three species in your photo that I can identify.
The long thin plant that sticks to you if you touch it (front of picture) is Common Cleavers Galium aparine, you also have Stinging Nettle Urtica dioica in the middle and to the left of the picture. In the top right corner of the picture you have Hogweed Heracleum sphondylium.
I think that is as much as I can do. I am sure there are other experts out there who will correct me if I am wrong!
