Hairy-footed Flower Bee (Anthophora plumipes):

Having seen Anthophora plumipes at Port Sunlight last year and found that it was first seen in Cheshire by Tony Parker at Thurstaston in 2011, I have been interested in its movement across the region.

I have now seen it in Willaston, Wirral last week and now at Hoole Allotments in Chester. Has anyone else got records for it?

Answering my own notes; I found Anthophora plumipes on 08/042014 in the Chester Zoo grounds feeding on Lungwort flowers. There were two males; they also chased each other between feeding.
