Found these on neighbour's Lavender shrub.

Nice find Harry.

I think it is worth checking ALL Lavender shrubs and hedges at the moment - I found 19 of them (Rosemary Beetle (Chrysolina americana) on a short Lavender hedge in a front-garden in Woolton, Liverpool yesterday (Tuesday 10th June 2014).
