Monthly Species Spotlight:
Those who have followed the postings to the Species Spotlight series of web pages over the last two years will have read about a variety of species which may be spotted around Cheshire. These cover wildlife which may be found from the Wirral coast in the West to the mid-Cheshire Sandstone Ridge and to the Moorland Plateau of East Cheshire.
New monthly "Species Spotlight" pages are being discontinued, but all the pages from each month over the last two years have now been consolidated to present an array of wildlife for each month of the year. Each page gives facts about the chosen species, together with links for further information. Hopefully this will encourage wildlife spotting and recording!
