Green Tortoise Beetle ?

Is this a Green Tortoise Beetle? If not, could anyone tell me what it is please? Seen today (Shocklach, south Cheshire) but never seen here before.

A Thistle Tortoise Beetle (I think) (Cassida rubiginosa) - moderately common in the County.
