Talk on Staphylinids - 16/03/2010:

The next Lancs. & Chesh. Ent. Soc. indoor meeting is on Tuesday 16th Mar 2010 at 7.30 p.m. at Frodsham Community Centre.

The main item for the evening is: “Staphylinids” – Don Stenhouse.
Members and visitors (admission free) within travelling distance are warmly invited to attend.

The Community Centre is at Fluin Lane, Frodsham, Cheshire WA6 7QN, SJ521777 off the A56 on the northern side of Frodsham. Junction 12 is the nearest point of the M56.

Ah Anno

No, because I mentioned other genera (he says sniffily).
It went quite well, apparently - one doesn't like to blow one's trumpet, so I rely on the opinions of others.
I did a talk a few days later on the Secret Life of Bumblebees, at Bolton Museum.That was for the general public.

Don - was at your talk - i was at the back barracking Jeff Clarke during his ineffectual projector tweaking

Great talk and since then have seen lots more Staphs after realising its those little b&%$£*s that go on your washing - and not only your full monty Devils Coachbeasts!
