some micros for ID help
Had a good night last Sunday night 9th September. Count included our first Broad bordered yellow underwing for the year plus 3 heart and dart and one single dotted wave. We think we had another Prays ruficeps and a caloptilia we think is azaleella again. Also a micro we could not ID but could be a very worn blastobasis adjustella. Any help appreciated. Bob & Helen

Hi Bob & Helen,
I'm not certain but your third moth looks very like the Stenolechia gemmellas posted by Steve Holmes and me a few weeks ago - see http://www.record-lrc.co.uk/forum/viewt ... =24&t=4329.
Cheers
Paul

Hi Bob & Helen
I agree with your Prays ruficeps and Pauls suggestion of Stenolechia gemmella, although your Caloptilia looks more like one of the Caloptilia alchimiella/robustella pair to me.
Regards
Steve
