A Biodiversity Information System for Cheshire, Halton, Warrington & Wirral

Very few micros of late due to the bad weather. This one from this morning is puzzling me.
It is 8mm long. The eye is obviously blue. It is very worn but I can't see anything in the book that looks like this and is in season.

I doubt that you will be able to ID such a worn specimen without dissecting it
