Help with ID please

We have two micros we are unsure about.
At first sight we thought light brown apple moth but we have not seen one quite like this before. Could it be another species??
The second we think is a holly tortrix but we have still not manged to pin down how to ID it.
On another tack. 8th August we found our burdock plant in the garden savaged by green larva in spinnings in a leaf fold. They quickly formed pupae. Again we first thought light brown apple moth but last night two hatched Agonopterix arenella. However the larva does not look quite right so we searched the plant and found another larva, much more like to image in the book. Images below.
Any help with ID much appreciated. Bob & Helen
