Probably too worn/unclear for ID, but the size and date (30/8/19) made me think Toadflax Pug might be a possibility - any chance?

Hi Paul,

I think that's a good possibility. The leading outer edge of the cross band looks fairly straight, abdominal band is
very bold, size and timing all support Toadflax. The Foxglove has usually finished by early August.
Pity it's so washed out. If it is Toadflax, it's quite a rarity these days.
Maybe Brian could verify on Facebook.

Looks OK for Toadflax Pug. Good to see a genuine specimen as I'm not sure all our Toadflax Pug records are correct.
