Monster fungus

Hello all, is there any way of telling what this fungus is from the following photo?

I had the notion it might be Boletus edulis? Although I wouldn't have a clue!!

I did look like a bolete to me, but it seemed a lot bigger than I expected.

It was taken at the edge of a Larch plantation above Nantyr in North Wales.

Sorry, only just seen this posting. How big is "big"? Certainly looks like Boletus, and one close to edulis though I wouldn't want to say it was B. edulis!

I would guess the largest of the caps was about 10 inches in diameter.

Can I ask is there an easy way to differentiate between the larger Boletes?
