Large polypore fungi?

Large Polypore fungi?
Can someone positively identify this for me. The main fruiting body was approximately 18 to 20 cm across. Seen growing on fallen timber in Neston rock cutting on 2 April.
My tentative guess is Bay Polypore, Polyporus durus (apparently synonymous with Polyporus badius).
