Lesser Black - backs

just been down to the River - like you do, on the banks by the Ship Canal in the old town I have just watched an Adult Larus fuscus, Lesser Black-Backed Gull feeding a juvenile on the Gantry wall - which got me thinking - I can't recall having seen this before in Runcorn, I know they did (possibly do) breed at Jaguar, and I am aware that we are near to dispersal time but - is this unusual?
Do we have some 'roof breeders?'
Also single Common Gull on posts at Canal edge...
