Peacocks on Urban Rooftops:
I'm a bit late posting this, but on Tuesday 31st May at about 6pm I looked out of my window in a terraced road in Handbridge, Chester and saw four male peacocks sitting and standing on the opposite rooftops. Being much more used to seeing pigeons and blackbirds there, it was quite a sight!
i did take a quick photo which I can try and upload here, but I wondered how usual it is for this to happen? The nearest place where Peacocks are normally seen is the Duke's Estate about a couple of miles away. After about 10 minutes, they disappeared.
