Requirement for Belted Beauty Searches on the Wirral - 02/04/2009:

As many of you will probably know the Belted Beauty colony is really struggling at Meols, Wirral and there have not been any decent counts for a while. We are hoping that local recorders can spend some time at the Wirral to search for
adults (and I may organise larval searches later in the year).

If anyone can spend time there over the next few weeks it will be greatly
appreciated. I can send details of where to look if anyone needs this information.

Thanks in advance.
