Please can anyone help confirm ID?

I think it's a Riband Wave - Idaea aversata ??

Riband Wave is a good call - but i find these tricky to say the least, pretty sure you are right...

Karen - well done, it is indeed a Riband Wave (Idaea aversata) but this is the 'normal/typical' dark-banded form which personally I find less common in our area than the unbanded form.
