Sorry Anno but I am afraid not - what Karen has here is a micro-moth, sometimes called a Bee Moth (Aphomia sociella) - a beautiful female with pale shades of pink, green and buff.

The larvae live in social wasp and bumblebee nests and feed on the detritus in the bottom of the nest.

See here: http://ukmoths.org.uk/show.php?id=152

Cheers

Steve
