Folks,
I was at Frodsham again this evening (Thursday 28th July) and in conditions that were a combination of dull, overcast and bordering on chilly, there were still several thousand insects on the wing, mainly sheltering on or under grasses, trees and bushes. Basically, despite the unpleasantness of the evening, they were still extremely easy to see.
