Rustic or Uncertain

Not sure if moth illustrated could be a rustic. There was no obvious cross band and other features seem to fit with Rustic. What do others think?

Looks like a Rustic, although I do find it difficult to be sure from photos which are taken against a pale background as it tends to distort the moths true colours.
