Can't quite get this one to match. Dark head tuft so not Horse Chestnut leaf Miner. Can someone ID please?

Could be Nev but these are not easy without knowing the foodplant.
I tend to collect the leaf mines as they are so easy to rear through and that way you know the foodplant so are able to eliminate most species.
