Hi John
Triple-spotted Pug lacks the prominent white tornal spot. This will be either Currant or Wormwood Pug. Probably the former but I struggled at separating these two from photos.
A small pug with a prominent circular discal spot at this time of year will be Slender as you suggest.
Both Eudonia lacustrata and agree Clepsis consimilana
