Poss Dichrorampha sp?

Post by MPStanyer »

Still working through unidentified micros from last 10 days. This one, from 2nd August I suspect is one of the Dichrorampha sp.
I know this is a difficult group & may require dissection, but I wondered if this one is identifiable as D. montanana? Any Dichrorampha is new to me!
Any thoughts greatly appreciated as ever.
Thanks
Martyn

Thanks Steve. I did originally consider B. lancealana but was thrown by the rather plain appearance. To be fair the field guide description does mention the variability as being from "almost uniform". Another lesson learned! Thanks for pointing me to the correct Id.
Cheers
Martyn.
