A tiny Micro?

I found one that looked a bit like it but it is well out of season.

Hi Heather
Cameraria ohridella - Horse Chestnut Leaf-miner. I would suspect that most sites will now have this species and those folks who haven't recorded it yet will have simply missed it due to its small size.

Yes I have recorded it for first time at Marple this year but could easily have overlooked it previously due to its small size.
