Decided to put the trap out last night but went out a 1.30am to recover it just before the rain started. Not a bad result after over a week of impossible weather 42 species.
Just 2 we feel need a second opinion
An Argyresthia semifusca
A weather worn brindled green we think but could it be something else?
All help appreciated. Bob & Helen

Re: Confirmations needed
Argyresthia semifusca looks right. Sterling and Parsons point to A. spinosella (Apple Fruit Moth) and A. conjugella as similar species, but your picture shows the moth to be a little too big for the first. Your moth also has pure white on the dorsum, as opposed to the creamy yellowish brown of the Apple Fruit Moth. The other species also have scattered white streaks or white scales, which are not visible on your photo.

I agree with Argyresthia semifusca but your macro looks like a worn Common Rustic agg.
