Ready for your records!

Hi All,

It’s almost that time of year again, to start processing your records!

This will be the first time that you will need to send your records to me (at d.j.maddy@btinternet.com) instead of to Steve Holmes and Steve Hind.

If you have already finished trapping and/or leaf-mining for the year then it’s never too early to submit your records.
If you contiunue accruing data right through to the year end, then receiving your records as soon into the new year as is possible would be appreciated.
The aim is to have everything done and dusted in time for the new season of mothing!
So, if you are done, please forward your data to me.

The preferred format for your records is the Template Spreadsheet. It’s available here:

http://www.record-lrc.co.uk/forum/downl ... p?id=10954

The spreadsheet contains rules, to help you enter names and other details correctly. Please let me know if you need any help with it.

This is also a call for photographs to consider for inclusion in the Annual Report (for intended publication about March 2021).

Please note my email address. Send your completed template spreadsheets*, photos and any other correspondence to:
d.j.maddy@btinternet.com

Thanks in anticipation
Dave

* However, having said all that, if you would rather not use a spreadsheet, you can always contact me by e-mail. It’s more work for me, but we’d rather have your records than lose them!

* If you use MapMate for your records, please continue to send your complete set to Glenn Rostron.

A cold (6.1 degrees C) wet night last night yielded for me just two moths, a December Moth and a very worn Red Line Quaker. It can't be long before I put the trap away for the year! :)

Thanks to all who have already sent me records for 2020. I've had batches from twenty recorders so far. Can we make it thirty by Christmas? :)

Happy New Year!

Don’t forget to send me your records for 2020!

Just over 3 weeks ago I wondered whether I would receive 30 batches from you by Christmas. Smashed it! To date, I’ve logged 40 batches. Thanks!!
