Leaf mine on Alder

I can't decide between Phyllonorycter froelichiella and Phyllonorycter rajella for this mine, though I suspect it is the latter? The mine is around 20mm long and the larva could be described as either whiteish or greyish!
Help please......

Hi Tim
Both are Phyllonorycter rajella mines, note the central crease which is absent on Phyllonorycter froelichiella.
