A Biodiversity Information System for Cheshire, Halton, Warrington & Wirral

Hi All

I have been pleasantly surprised with the numbers & variety of moths since putting out my trap a week ago.
Last night produced 144 moths of 14 species including a White-marked. I struggled with its id until I looked at Manley.

Nice find Mike
The only two previous Cheshire records were from Alsager and Nantwich in 2018.
We'll have to see if these are early signs of colonization or just vagrants.
