I think this could be Agonopterix heracliana, hopefully someone out there can confirm.

It is likely A. heracliana but since I posted I have read that the less common A. ciliella is a confusion species.

Yes - I think you might need to examine the hind wing to distinguish the two. So might need to be recorded as an agg. unless there are any other identifying features on the forewing?
