Possible Golden-rod Pug?

Post by JohnR »

In conversation with Steve H. he mentioned recently catching an early Golden-rod Pug. Having since looked at some images, and consulting Brian Hancock’s guide, I wonder if I might have caught one on 30th March. The larger of these two. Any opinions appreciated.

Cheers, John

Yes John,

An early first brood Golden-rod Pug. I caught a couple this time last year too.
The smaller Pug is a Double-striped if you didn't already know.
